Regulations on the product’s warranty and maintenance HR440
Product warranty is: to overcome the faults and technical problems caused by the manufacturer.
A. REGULATION ON WARRANTY
– Product warranty is free within the warranty period. Which calculated from the date of delivery. The warranty is included in technical incidents.
– The product warranty is written on the valid warranty card.
B. THE CAUSES ARE NOT WARRANTY
– The product has expired warranty or lost warranty card or any other related documents (Exit, contract).
– The product is not warranted with the product code inscribed on the warranty card.
– Warranty card is torn or erased, modified.
– Use other equipment with high capacity to damage the product or arbitrarily design and manufacture additional features for the product.
– Disassembling, repairing or manually changing the structure of the machine by non-employees or authorized persons.
– The product is burnt or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, breakage, collision, and natural disasters.
Maintenance: This includes product cleaning, inspection for repair of small defects (not including replacement of equipment).

III. POLICIES WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE, CHANGES
1. For products sold within 1 month, the warranty conditions are met if there is a problem related to technical production (except the case of leakage at the connector). Will exchange the product in new condition.
2. For returning products, factory warranty will responsible for the cost and return it to the consumer within 10 business days. In cases where the company does not continue production and business, the two sides will have agreements between the two parties.
– If there are any problems with the product, please contact the technical support within 48 hours.
– If the notice period is outside of working hours, we will forward this information to the next working day for processing.
– In case of emergency, customers may contact our hotline 02518 600 700 and we will give priority in case of overtime or holidays.
B. OTHER COMMITMENTS
– All commitments apply only to the qualified machines and equipment.
– The products after being brought back for warranty will be informed the return time (the company is committed to solving the problem as soon as possible), the product returned to the customer may not be the same as originally shipped because the product can be dismantled for warranty (so the product may be new or older).
– In case of damaged product, do not repair the product that the company is no longer circulating in the market. We will exchange for another product that is equivalent to the old product but in a good condition. In case you do not like with equivalent of the replacement products, the two parties will agree on the market price of equivalent equipment.
